To pay your statement using a credit card, debit card, or electronic check, please ensure to have the Patient Information available (including the patient’s Date of Birth and their unique Patient ID (just as it appears on the statement)). If you are making a payment on behalf of someone else (child, parent, friend, etc), make sure to enter the Patient Information in the “Payment Details” section. The information regarding the person making the payment should be entered in the “Enter Billing Information” section.
